Open Question: Please help!! 3 hour gestational diabetes test while being sick?

I put my three hours of the gestational diabetes test, must be sick with cough and cold for nearly three weeks. I have just learned that I was unable to pass the test. My 1 hour test results show that 152 number. So, I was sent to three hours of testing. I have 3 hours of fasting blood glucose level test came back normal, but the rest of the three highs. Have affected the results of my illness?
